APPLICATIONS
The typical applications of Ball Type Vibrators include promoting flow from small hoppers, down feed pipes & chutes, driving of screens, compaction and test tables.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
When air is injected tangentially to the vibrator, a turbine action on the ball produces very high-speed revolution. This generates a low amplitude high frequency gyratory action. The ball runs on hardened and super finished tracks causing no wear and tear. Spent air is exhausted through a silencer to prevent dust ingress and reduce the noise level.
